NATÚR is an independent print magazine filled with stories of natural wine, honest food, bars, coffee, soil, dirt, work, sweat, community, beautiful nature, and more. Focusing on the lesser-known parts of Central and Eastern Europe.
We have published our Volume 1 on Hungary in 2020 and our Mini Zine in 2021. We are preparing the next edition of the magazine (about the Czech Republic), and the digital version of the OG mag!

Rebeka Győrfi (born-and-bred in rural Hungary) has been involved in the hospitality and natural wine scene of Budapest, London, Edinburgh, Barcelona, New York and more! She is currently is the Head of Operations at Karakterre, and working on several projects related to wine and sustainability. Rebeka is also 1/2 of Natural Retreats in Hungary.
As the creator of Natúr, she hopes to spread stories about Eastern European natural winemakers, sustainable producers, small businesses, and creatives.
